We are recruiting participants for our new CHARM study, titled cfDNA in Hereditary And High-Risk Malignancies (CHARM) 2: Evaluating the Performance of a cfDNA Blood Test for Early Cancer Detection”

We are currently recruiting participants at the University Health Network in Toronto who fulfill the following criteria:

1. Individuals with a pathogenic/likely pathogenic variant in one of the following genes:

  • BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2 (Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer)
  • CDH1 (Hereditary Diffuse Gastric Cancer)
  • MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, EPCAM (Lynch Syndrome)
  • NF1 (Neurofibromatosis Type 1)
  • TP53 (Li-Fraumeni Syndrome)

2. Individuals with and without a personal history of cancer are eligible. However, at the time of study enrollment, individuals must be cancer free for at least 3 years.
