Enrollment Open: CHARM2
We are currently recruiting participants for our newest CHARM study:
cfDNA in Hereditary And High-Risk Malignancies (CHARM) 2: Evaluating the Performance of a cfDNA Blood Test for Early Cancer Detection
We are actively recruiting participants from across Canada who meet the following eligibility criteria*:
1. Cancer-free for at least 3 years at the time of study enrollment:
- Individuals with and without a personal history of cancer are eligible. At the time of study enrollment, however, individuals must be cancer free (no evidence of disease) for at least 3 years.
2. With a pathogenic or likely pathogenic variant in one of the following genes:
- BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2 (Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer)
- CDH1 (Hereditary Diffuse Gastric Cancer)
- MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, EPCAM (Lynch Syndrome)
- NF1 (Neurofibromatosis Type 1)
- TP53 (Li-Fraumeni Syndrome)
3. Residing in one of the following provinces:
- British Columbia
- Alberta
- Ontario
- Quebec
- Nova Scotia
- Newfoundland and Labrador
